ReplyDeleteAppetizer Contest: Blue Cheese Turkey Roll ups
6 thick slices of turkey
8oz package of plain cream cheese
8oz of blue cheese (vary amount depending on how strong you want it)
toothpicks
Beat the blue cheese and the cream cheese together in a bowl. Let it come to room temperature so that it softens.
Take the turkey slices and spread the cheese mixture on them. Roll them up long ways and then cut the rolls into three or four pieces each. Spear them with toothpicks and refrigerate until serving.
